Pricing questions.
What's the difference between Standard and Founding?
Same product. Founding members lock in $49/mo for as long as they stay subscribed — even after we close founding access at customer 50. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you pay standard ($89). Founding includes a direct line to the founder for feature requests.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required to start. You'll only enter card details at the end of the trial when you decide to keep going. Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal inside the app.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. Tax forecasts cover AU, US, UK with proper consumption-tax handling (GST / sales tax / VAT). Currencies: USD, AUD, GBP, EUR. Sponsor invoices generate in the deal's currency, not yours — useful when you're in Sydney and the sponsor pays USD.
Do you connect to my bank?
No. Never. CastMath uses voice memos, receipt photos, email forwards, and your podcast host's analytics — never Plaid, never Open Banking, never bank-feed aggregators of any kind. Your money is your business. Full trust posture →
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export it any time from settings (CSV + JSON). Cancellation stops future billing immediately; your data stays for 30 days then gets deleted. Re-subscribe within 30 days and everything restores.
Do you bill in AUD or USD?
Stripe bills you in USD by default; your card issuer converts at the day's FX rate. We can offer AUD-native billing if you ask — the underlying Stripe infrastructure supports either.
